Picture of Set?

Unread post by cchopps »

I could have sworn at some point I found a picture of Set besides the ones in "Dragons & Gods" and "Rifts: Africa." Anyone know where or am I just dreaming?

Thanks!

Might make an appearance in Pantheon of the Megaverse as well (Though I don't think the gods of Ma'at make an appearance there, but it's been a while). But set isn't very difficult to picture, nor is Rifts the only place a classical Egyptian god is going to bee depicted. I'm sure a high school mythology book will have Set some where in it, along with the others.
Getting a mage to tell you where the hydra is...10,000 gold
Hiring a summoner... 40,000 gold
Hiring one hundred 10th level mercenaries... 98,567 gold
Giving a hydra skull to your necromancer... priceless

Board? Read bad fan fiction!

No, the Pantheon of Light and Dark (also, Ma'at, the Egyptian Pantheon) isn't described in the Pantheons of The Megaverse sadly, but I can see why as they were described not too much earlier in Rifts Africa.

I'm frankly astounded that Palladium didn't reprint something.

Yeah. It is more that I have this image in my head that I could have sworn was a Set pic I used in our game once. I was preparing and can't find it. Neither of the pics I've found look like how I remember. I was thinking maybe it was just a random pic in a Church of Light and Dark section of a PRPG book. I haven't flipped through all of them yet.

Thanks guys!

There was a picture of Set in the first edition main book for PF
The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.
