A Gene-tech modified, genetically phaeton juicered, Zebuloid RCC with mechano-link powers from Heroes Unlimited. Throw in a few psychic powers which may or may not be related to mechanics/electronics.
Imagine an entire fleet of starships, fighters and Powered armours piloted by these freaks.

The problem with the Zebuloids is the fact that their allies put them in crappy paper fighters and have them depend on their natural abilities to keep them alive.

A Quick Flex Alien with every cybernetic ear and eye enhancement known to man, which gives the quick-flex an additional like +8 or so to his init since he gets quick draw automatically and their PP scores are pretty ridiculous.
The Quick-Flex gets autododge, and virtually everything he flies does too.
This can be enhanced by taking an OCC that grants HTH Commando and a machine that grants automatic dodge for additional stupid bonuses. If you find out that this is coming at you, I would just leave. What the heck do you say about a guy who comes at you, says "Say hello to my little friends," and then does this:
"Meet Billy, Betsy, Andy, Randy, James, Mack, and Flo, Will, Jill, Tom, Pete, Andy, Debra, Joe, and Toby, Candy, Sassafras, Obie, Rick and Dan, by the time I finish my bullet list you'll be crying in Japan..."
