Hello Holi-Jolly,

This is a very detailed description, and there are a few points that interested me.

Question, is anyone attempting to secure or else monitor the mansion?

Question, I noticed that there seem to be several
Spoiler:
reformed monsters in and around the town. Is this coincidense, a policy of amnesty from Sheriff Ben, or is it something about the place that triggers alignment changes?

I have some variations on Gaby's question.

What non-supernatural crimes are most common in Cy-Cove?

Who is on the wanted posters at the local post office?

How does Ben balance the responsibility of investigationing mundane crimes with his calling to hunt monsters?
