Skraypers - is the Seeron language english?

Just a quick question that I can't find in the book. Is the native language of the humans of Seeron the equivalent of English?

IIRC, yes though the book hints that the original human colonists of Seeron were trans-dimensional Atlanteans, so there could be some old Greek in there too.
