I have been attempting to get into the Rifter since 17 (I wrote the additional blood magic that you all enjoy). I was wondering if you would like to see new powers, villains and an adventure or two for each one of them? I plan of sending them in 5 characters at a time.

Awesome. Perhaps you would like to work together? Just an idea.

Just sent in some more stuff involving S.C.R.E.T. so we shall see what the
great and all powerful Wayne decides. Anyway what exactly did you have
in mind? :) .

I am currently working on a series of short HLS's that interwork together in the long run and can be combined into a single campaign or series of adventures. I want to create an article that is a string of events that can be spread among several Rifters like an on going story.

In this series, we would have a series of villians and heroes that would interact with the characters (more villians then heroes). By them selves they are not much of a clue as to what is going on in the story but together.... well.

The characters would be still the main focal point and players would be introduced to powers not listed in the Heroes Unlimited series. Villians and heroes that fight a different war. A new undergound (perhaps in the Labarenth or another city; I was thinking Victory City).

The story revives the Blue Ice from Turtles Go Hollywood only with a more HU2 view and less like a cartoon. There would be a ton of new elements that bring back blue ice into the HU2 universe perhaps even perminately. It would change a lot of how we look at some of the power catagories.

What do you think?

Hmm, something I haven't seen anyone do for HU in any of the Rifters.
I like the idea a lot. Although I like the Victory City idea using the
Labyrinth would mean using an established setting (Century Station),
and you could spend more time on the adventure and its details,
instead of having to develop information about Victory City.

I also believe your best bet would be shoot for two issues like some
of the Palladium Fantasy adventures have done. If your going to do
super powers, make sure their not to detailed and take away space for
the adventure. A cool adventure, with new super abilities, new bad guys
to fight, and allowing G.M.s to utilize books they already have at their
disposal for additional sub-plots. I think the whole thing sounds awesome.
:ok: Need to bounce ideas my e-mail is always open.

I voted for all three. I'm greedy for information!

The powers that I am using for this adventure (and I have developed a lot) will be the smaller and more simple ones. As for the NPC's, they will be more of a promoter of the story instead of a random villian to subdue, as happened in some past stories.
As for the story, I want to continue the story of Blue Ice from TMNT goes Hollywood. I though that Blue Ice has potential in the HU2 universe. When you mention the Labyrinth, I think that you have a great idea. That place is underdevloped and would make a great place for this adventure.
