Does After The Bomb uses size levels for mutant animals, like the old TMNT rules did?

Any significant changes, or are they pretty much the same?

I don't think there are too many major changes in size levels...but not all the animals that were in previous books are represented in AtB2. One of the things that was added that I did like was the vestigial traits which can add more BIO-E at the expense of some minor penalties.

Yup it's pretty much the same. Although now if you want to have a really huge animal like an elephant, you can trade IQ or PP for Bio-E points. so you can be the size of a normal elephant, but still walk upright and have hands. You just have to be somewhat dumb or clumsy to do so.
Personally, I think that we have a duty as role-players to try to anchor each other to reality a bit. To keep other gamers from being complete freaks and weirdos, or even psychopaths, if we can. Killer Cyborg
