I've only used HF on first encounters and if the PC has meet up with
something before and had a bad experience. One lone Hound (no roll)
Ten Hounds (definately a roll).

I always rule that species with a horror factor are always immune to their own species Horror factor.
so two dragons don't really frighten each-other. likewise two nightspawn won't frighten each-other, no matter how differnt their morphuses are.
though truth be told I usually forget to make people roll Horror Factor at all
