Ironically, Paralysis Attack is generally more effective than Neural Atemi. I really think the rules for the two should be switched, keeping the same durations.
Mystic China has an additional Combination Move listed: Combination Strike/Parry. When it says all attacks "can be parried automatically", does that mean that it acts like a regular Automatic Parry, or is it saying that the character does not need to bother rolling dice and the Parry is automatically a success? If it acts like a regular Automatic Parry, then what is the advantage of having this move in a combat form that also has Automatic Parry at first level?
It's not an additional combat move, it's the first appearance of the actual description. Basically what it does it let you use an automatic parry against attacks from that opponent you wouldn't normally be able to parry or even attacks you wouldn't be able to automatically parry. This means, Paired weapons attacks, combination moves, attacks from behind, etc.
