1st to 2nd Edition

1st to 2nd Edition
I just picked up a copy of Yin Sloth for PF 1st Edition. What are the normal converstions from 1st to 2nd? I know the hth is different, and the spells are x/day instead of based on PPE. Anything else? Is there a chart or some such to do the converstions, or just general rules of thumb?

Generally, the Hit Points are lower, and the characters do not have personal SDC.

Well add SDC to the NPCs. For skill and spell conversions pick up Rifter #24 and 25 they have the updated info presented there because god only knows when 2nd ed Yin-Sloth comes out.
