totally, I used to do seal workouts I copied from watching seal documentaries on the discovery channel...

still got muscles like rocks, and I havent done anything heavily physical outside of the bedroom in about a year.

We did something similar to a Roll/Knockdown in class once. You roll into the leg, making sure to lock the opponent's knee. This will drive them to the ground. You continue your rolling motion as they hit the ground, applying such techniques as you see fit.

It's like bowling. you curl yourself into a ball and knock out their legs from underneath them. And if you can knockdown 10 badguys with one roll, you get double experience points!
