For things like the BioTech Laboratory and similar, has anyone come up with a good estimate of value?

Alright, to clarify it, I'll give an example. Say you have an EGG that is rated at Complete Set. How much would that be worth, since it states that EGGs are very valuable, would that make the 1,000-6,000 value of a 'normal' Complete Set skyrocket, or stay the same?
