Does the 'Combination Kangeiko & Shochu Geiko' martial arts power offer any bonuses against magical cold and fire attacks? It states that the character does not suffer from exposure, but says nothing about fire- and ice-based attacks from other games.

In Ninjas & Superspies, no, it offers no protection against magic fire and cold attacks. The version in Rifts Japan does though.

Thanks. I suppose it is against the rules for you to tell me what they are, right?

As you can probably guess, you just take half damage. It provides other bonuses and resistances too that the N&S version doesn't, but you'll just have to get the book for that

technically that's a stabbing attack and not really a cold attack. you might be coughing up blood, but at least its not frozen blood.

Also check out Baalgor Wastelands for Desert Rules (which Rifts Canada copied quite a bit of ironically), Return of the Masters and Yin-Sloth Jungles for Jungle rules, and you can find a few other odds and ends hidden here and there.
They should really lay down all the rules for stuff like this in one book. I hate to say it, by PB could really look at the AD&D DM's Guide for what to make rules for (drowning, freezing, starvation, etc).
I'd have to agree, especially when they're missing so many useful rules that a GM could use. But I wouldn't really count on it happening, for some reason Kev doesn't seem to think that there's a need for this sort of book.

Personally, I would rather see such a rules compendium than another "world" book of any kind.
