what platforms will REFORGED be on?

What I'm wondering is... what platform is going to be used to distribute it? Any of the common ones like GOG, Steam, Epic, IndieGala, itchi.io ?

right not the project is sitting at 129,000 / 700,000 from 943 backers (avg 136 dollar donation each), and there are a series of 'Stretch Goals', the 700k seems to represent the first "milestone" but I'm not really understanding how the milestone system works.

6/7/8 at 1.4/1.5/1.6 million respectively are mentioned to be milestones for Switch/PS5/Xbox porting of the game though

Sounds like a lot of high salaries for programmers are being paid here I guess I'm still not entirely certain what gameplay is expected here. What sort of other games have similar play styles, Final Fantasy?

I only got to play a little of it in store back the day so I never got to finish it. For me it felt closer to KotOR, but again that is very limited play time and I really don't play a lot of video games.

I did find some actual game play of it on Youtube

Honestly though I don't think it matters much what places they put it after the campaign since at this point I don't see it making its goal.

I wanted to ask the same thing on the backer page, as well as if the pledge can be upgraded after, but since you have to pledge in order to ask I haven't pledged.

it also seems backwards to have "HD upgrades" as early stretch goals, and a toggle to go form original to HD much higher on the goals, anyone who wants to play with the original look is now incentivized to make sure it doesn't reach stretch goals
