I have a character with the major power Animal Metamorphosis: Any and all animals but the power description doesn't make mention of what happens to the hero's clothing when he transforms. So I'm wondering if there has ever been an official ruling or statement put out by Palladium regarding this?

If yes, where would i find it please and thank you?

The superpower of Bio-Aura (Powers Unlimited 3 page 8 ) Exists specifically to allow a heroes clothing to change with them when they transform. This implies that any hero without this power simply loses their clothing when they transform. Exactly what happens to the clothing depends on the nature of the transformation. APS: Fire probably burns them away, while APS: Liquid probably just slides out of them but otherwise leaves them intact.

In this case it'd depend on what animal they're transforming into.

My advice: just say there's some company(s) that sell Super Invention Costumes that are basically just this power. start at $50,000 for a basic set of clothing and scale up. Some heroes have it naturally, but anyone who really wants to not be naked after transforming can get a solution if they care enough to.
