Are Were-Beasts Detectable via Sense Supernatural Evil psionic power?
Are they Detectable via Presense Sense?
Does their Aura give them away in humanoid form? Is it identical to their Were-Beast form?
If using Sense Magic, would it detect the Presense and or location of a Were-Beast since they are magic through and through.

In my games...
1. Only if evil alignment.
2. Yes, but accurate only when changed, inaccurate when in human form, as described in the psychic power
3. The aura will not read as a typical human, it will show something is different... roll for Lore: Were-beings or Lore: Demons and Monsters to interpret properly
4. Yes, as described in the psychic power

1. Were-Beasts are Supernatural, so their alignment will matter here.
2. Yes, they are supernatural beings after all and it wouldn't matter (IMHO) what form they are in they don't stop being a SN being just because they adopt a human form.
3. It will not read as typical, as they are supernatural beings though the aura won't be able to tell the psychic if its a were-beast/SN (last bullet point in power). Their PPE amount might be noticed, some were-beasts have magic/psychic abilities too which might be noticed.

Re: How are Were-Beasts Detectable?
Stab them in the heart with a silver knife. If they die, they're a were-beast.
Presence sense, yes.
See Aura, yes. I do modify the wording of the power a little bit for worlds where the non-human are common. The last bullet point of "The presence of an unusual human aberration and/or indications a serious illness, insanity, or that the individual is not human, could be mutant or supernatural, but does not specify which." That sentence is clear as mud, and seems to assume that everyone can tell human auras, but everything else is a mystery... elves have no idea if they're looking at an elven aura, you see. I instead allow people to recognize auras as types they're familiar with, and put them in related types... so if you've never seen a Werebeast aura, you won't know it's a werebeast aura, but you will know that Andy and Serafine have very similar auras, and constitute a "type", just like you'll recognize an elf as an elf if you know what elf auras look like. Notably, elven auras and human auras are going to be very similar, since changeling auras can be hard to tell from either (PFRPG p 309 "A changeling aura is not much different from an elf or human and even a high level mind mage may not be able to discern an appreciable difference.")
Sense Magic, only if they're actively using magic.
