Is there anything the Spell "Light Healing" can do that the spell "Heal Wounds" can't?

"Light Healing" -BoM pg97, "Heal Wounds"- BoM pg106

It is cheaper to cast. You can elect to heal SDC or HP. The spell also clears out minor food poisoning/upset stomach, and slight headaches (neither is mentioned in Heal Wounds, and they might qualify as illnesses).

The Spell "Light Healing" is under-rated.

It is sort of a low level all in one for minor but frequent health problems.
Alternatively, for the strong stuff, one would have to have:
Cure illness
Cure Minor Disorders
Heal Wounds
Negate Poison/Toxin
