The magic spell of Levitation in the Rifts Ultimate Edition page 201.
Can the spell be used to cause someone to be pushed down?
For example, when in a lake can the Levitation spell be used to hold them underwater?
Two, if someone is walking over an ice covered lake can they be moved down until they brake the thin ice and go under water?
