How many PFRPG Paper Miniatures were offered?

The PFRPG Bundle of Holding had Paper Miniatures 1-3 & 5. (OCCs, Monster Races, NPC Encounters, and OCCs-Female).

What was #4, and is there any reason it wasn't included?

Are there any reason these aren't included in the Palladium store?

Set 4 is Undead, and Set 6 is Dwarves.

I also did a set recently under my El Cheapo Products label, Fantasy Guards.

I wasn't privy to the choosing of the product for that Bundle of Holding. All of the paper minis are available in the Palladium Books section at Drivethrurpg.com, including the Heroes Unlimited sets, Dead Reign sets and Rifts sets.
