Question. HU2, pg. 68 talks about Holds. With a Neck Hold it reads "Neck Hold: The victim is held around the neck from behind. This leaves the victim totally vulnerable to attacks from any other character." Could you not knock an opponent out if you held it long enough? Like a Rear Naked Choke?

I'm unaware of any knockout combat maneuver except for Boxing - KO on a 20.

Logically, with a squeeze from the aggressor the pinned victim will lose consciousness within 3-6 seconds, I've done it many times in competition Randori, but I've never seen rules for it.

I've never bothered with Ninjas and Superspies, but maybe somewhere in there?

There's a choke maneuver in the N&SS game that allows you to apply 1d6 damage per maintained choke attack on the target, DIRECT TO HIT POINTS (Which makes sense if you're trying to kill - maybe instead you could roll a percentile of Damage rolled [x5]% plus a certain base to render an opponent unconscious or something similar?).
