Rules for exclusives?

Anyone have any ideas on what rules to use for the exclusive figures ? We don't have all the stats or points or anything I can see to where we could play using grell or beetai or miliya? Points costs and several other things like weapon options and those stats just aren't there. Any ideas?

They put cards for fpa up on drivethrurpg just yesterday I believe. Wish it was legal to use just the one for miriya.

Yeah, the Elite Core restriction on the FPA Support Card kinda screws you until Wave 2 comes out.
You could also use it a couple different ways as a regular FPA in a Malcontent force.

Using the Miriya as a standard FPA for the various Malcontent units makes a lot of sense to me. So much so that is what I'm doing.
I'm actually pondering fielding the following 300 point army just for grins:
- 2x 90 points - Air Superiority Squadron
-- 2x 30 points - Each Air Superiority Squads with an additional Queadluun-Rau (FPA).
-1x 60 point - Zentraedi Assault Squadron
300 points of fun.
Sure it would require 4 FPAs, 3 MPAs, and 6 Veritech, but hey it would be fun.

I only have 1 fpa and mpa. May just use the support card anyway for miriya at least.

As long as your opponent isn't being really pedantic about it, that should be fine. Similarly, asking to use the MPA as a Support Card for 10pts (paying a slight premium over the 8.33pts per MPA normally, and paying 3, 8 and 5 respectively for the Upgrades) for a single Nousjadel, shouldn't bother any but the most picky player. Unless you're wanting to roll with it at a Tourney, and I can see that being an issue.
Obviously, once Wave 2 arrives, you go back to using the official rules (FPA only for Elite, MPA in groups of 3), but until then as long as you kept them to separate Squadrons (ie, keep the whole no mixing MPA/FPA in the same formation rule), and your opponent knows, and is preferably asked in advance if it's OK, it shouldn't be a problem.

Until Wave 2, I would allow someone to sub almost anything for FPA and MPA. While I had the funds and opportunity to purchase several, many don't. Just paint up or don't paint something that symbolizes the unit.
That way you can test out army theories and know how they will work.

Thanks for the idea for the mpa. I might use that. Nobody in Montana plays but me and the other half. We are rabid Macross and Robotech fans. Lol.
