I'm a big fan of the Dream Dancer. I also like the expansion to the Astral psionic powers.
As for what I add, usually BTS 1st Edition and N&SS.

Dream Dancers are sane and boring. A Dream Maker can alter the dreamscape and give a society nightmares enough to inevitably create a Living Nightmare who can mimic or even exceed those powers.

My Number 1 Pick: I favor the Astral Lord. Limited version of Universe Creation! I mean, come on! Create your own Pocket Universe? And gain other Powers! Heck Yeah!
My Number 2 Pick: I Really like the Base Book Psychic. No Power Limits, beyond standard. Very versatile.
My Number 3 Pick: I find the Mind Master to be a Big Temptation for me. Special Sensory Powers. More raw I.S.P. than my first two picks, but the lack of Physical Category Powers can pose real problems. Best if used in a pairing with a 'Kinetic P.C.C. so as too cover each other's weaknesses.

How is the Psychic PCC the best? Ignoring the ultimate benefits of AstralLord/DreamMaker the MindMage in BtS eclipses them, no?
