How about Surveillance Systems? Whenever tasked with planting a bug, his loyal duplicate innocuously gets in place for Point-A-To-Point-B shenanigans that only someone with EX PP stealth and EX SPD speed could plausibly manage -- in situations where getting back from Point B would be the impossibly hard part, even for a stealthy speedster.

Except he doesn't need to get back from Point B; he stops existing at Point B; the original is a hundred feet away from Point B, and so absorbs the duplicate just as soon as the item's been put in place. (See also: Incendiary Hand Grenades.)
