Levels 18 and 22?

Thanks to the Pick y'er Dragon topic, I was perusing the RUE dragons and noticed that Royal Frilled dragons gain an additiona Super Psionic power "at levels 5, 9, 14, 18 and 22."
Huh? Levels 18 and 22? Then I noticed similar entries on the other dragons.
I've got a first edition of RUE, so I jumped over to my handy-dandy RUE Errata file but found nothing on this subject. Anyone know of a correction, or am I missing something obvious here?

The Dragon exp. table in the Dragons and Gods book goes up to Level 30( page 17.) *roll eyes like everyone should have that book*

Seems to me I've seen reference to similarly insane Levels of Experience with regards to Three Galaxies' Gene-Techs' hand to hand advancement(level 25 if I can recall correctly).

Alright, that makes sense. I checked the RUE experience table, but don't have Dragons and Gods (obviously).

There is a table for Dragons in the RUE that goes up to 27, can't remember where I found that though - try their Dragon H2H section.

I was almost right.
The xp table goes up to 26 but is in fact in their combat section.
Page 350.

The Exp Tables for OCCs, RCCs, PCCs should be given a Webpage on the website, with a note where the occ/rcc/pcc can be found...

WB 2: Atlantis also has dragon experience tables (I think is goes to 26 for some reason)...

16+ is suppose to be used for adults i believe.

Just checked my RGMG, and was surprised to find two Experience Tables.
1) For Dragons, levels 1 to 15 (no surprise there)
2) For Ancient Dragons, levels 13 to 26.
And the two overlap perfectly (levels 13 to 15 are the same).

I don't know, but if I ever play a level 13-14 dragon his voice is going to crack.
