Granted Temporal Raiders are on Wormwood as well, but I will focus on Rifts Earth for the answer.

Odd Question being:
Other than the ability to rift to other dimensions, and successfully use Temporal Magic, could the Temporal Raiders possibly move in the 4th Dimension?

Were they once time travelers centuries ago, or is this something possibly in their 'future'?
