Before Chaos Earth RPG was released and the last New RIFTS book was Dark Conversions.

I thought the two China books were very well done; enough so that my next campaign will be set in China (if only Japan were to have received the same treatment :nh: )

Dino Swamp rocks my socks off. Get that one. Very low in power scale, and extra-cool.

I would suggest:

Rifts Aftermath (brings you up to date on the 109 PA setting)

4th Edition RGMG (brings you up to date on the new and alegedly improved rules... the jury's still out on that verdict)

and Dinosaur Swamp (because it's just good stuff)
From the author of The RCSG, Ft. Laredo & the E. St. Louis Rift in Rifter #37, The Coalition Edge in Rifter #42, New Chillicothe & the N.C. Burbs in Rifter #54, New Toys of the Coalition States in Rifter #57, and The Black-Malice Legacy in Rifters #63, 64 & (Pt. 3, TBA)
