I'm trying to find all the various creation rules made by Palladium. Is there anything I'm missing?

Vehicle creation rules in HU2, N&S, AtB series, and TMNT series (not sure which books in the last two).
Robot creation rules are also in HU2.
TW-creation rules in Rifter 2 (though these were made pre-RUE).
Spell creation rules in TtGD for Nightbane.

rifter 18's building a star system?
rifter 3's creating a dimensional realm
rifter 1's creating a city
rifter 6 has making a guild starting page 19 or so...

Sovietsky has Bunker creation rules right? It's not on me atm.

Edit: Also there's Fantasy city creation rules etc. ...in I forget which Fantasy books.
