I just saw it recently too. Try Rifter 22?

Re: Faerie knight, quick roll rules on armies...which rifter
Fairy knights are in Rifter 23, apges 72-74. They are a part of "The Faerie Harvest" article.
There are Army vs Army rules in one of the Rifters, but can't think of where right now. Try looking through the Rifter index.....guessing in the 20's or 30's issues.

May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.

Greetings and Salutations. Since drew already answered the Faerie Knight question (and I didn't know the answer off the top of my head anyway) I'll answer the other.
Medieval Combat Rules (Rifter 22) is the fantasy version, and Modern Army Combat Rules (Rifter 23) is the Rifts version of mass army rules (both written by the same guy I believe). On my phone and without my books presen, so I can't give page numbers. Farewell and safe journeys.
