Need an O.C.C., R.C.C. and/or Race suggestion
I had an idea for a character that I wanted to try and put together, as a backup for the campaign I'm currently in. My rough idea right now is a character with some cybernetics who is an accomplished Sniper, skilled with computers (up to Hacker level) and has some skill in Demolitions. Despite being a tech-heavy character, having the ability to be moderately self-sufficient is also essential (make ammo, do some repairs... I think that's all under Field Armorer, actually).
I was browsing some O.C.C.'s and the EoD Specialist in the Coalition War Campaign caught my eye as meeting most of these requirements... I wonder though if there's any other character classes which might be more appropriate? The EoD specialist kind of reverses the specialties I intended for the character to focus on, but if that's the best choice it's probably what I'll go with. Any world or Dimension book is open game, as is other games as well, but I was hoping to keep it within the realm of Rifts if possible.
Any help or suggestions anyone can come up with would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like you want either a Headhunter OCC or a Paratrooper OCC depending on how much cybernetics will play a factor.

What continent is this Char to be for? NA? SA? Europe? etc?
If the char is for NA the the techno-warrior LS suggested would be my recommendation or one of the other headhunter variants.

Headhunter Techno-Warrior - Rifts: Canada, pg. 110
I would add:
Special Forces Rifts: Mercenaries page 26
Freelance Spy Mercenaries Page 23
NGR Intelligence Division Agent Rifter #55 Page 57 (Personally I think this one is the best choice due to the fact they get Marksmanship, EOD, Technology Expert and Cyber-Humanoid special abilities) and it is considered official OCC updates to the ones in Triax and the NGR

Wow. That Intelligence Agent is no joke - I can't believe that's official!

It is a bit munchy..... overpowered in the special skills listed up front.
However, the class skills are a bit light when compared to some N&S agent types.

Of the abilities listed up front, you choose two and get the others as you level up (something like 4,7 and 14 if I remember). Not that OP.

Disagree strongly. In a world where practically any practitioner of magic can bend space and time or shoot ionized particles out of their finger tips, being resistant to torture or an expert marksman (the equivalent of W.P. Sharpshooting) isn't something I'd considered overpowered at all.
Anyways, game time. Laters.

The balance is relative to other previous OCCs that cover similar areas. New tech OCCs should not be so powerful that they utterly negate the point of those OCCs.
Mages have their tradeoffs too.
