I used the samurai class from Rifts: Japan but tooled around to make it more in-line with the power level of the setting. I even got to play it a few times!

I used the Palladin and replaced the HTH and DDB with Zanji from N&SS...

I think N&SS has rules in the back for making martial artists in Fantasy. I followed those and used Zanji to make a wolfen samurai for a one-shot campaign.
Please forgive my lack of details...this was 20 years ago. All I remember is that he died with an arrow in his eye.

Yeah N&SS has rules for converting... To 1st ed fantasy.u
Those rules do not work that well with 2nd ed.
