Wolfen Empire covers a lot of that. I have books 4 and 5, and I think it's worth having, but not absolutely necessary.

Yes most in Wolfen Empire.

Book 4 has a few FANTASTIC adventures that arent in Wolfen Empire and it IS worth buying as well just for those!

I second what Dark Elf said- some of the best adventures Palladium has ever written.
