Nope, not that I have ever seen.
I am very opinionated. Yes I rub people the wrong way but at the end of the day I just enjoy good hard discussion and will gladly walk away agreeing to not agree :D

It is called having a high MA %.
May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.
Reading and writing (literacy) is how people on BBS interact.

There is also a major super ability called Divine Aura, I believe that lets you attract followers.
Another way is offer to pay for juicer augmentation, MOM augmentation or Borg augmentation for a contract of service.
Best way though is as they said just role play it :)

I'll be damned there IS an actual skill. As GA said in the new Macross Sourcebook. Pretty impressive skill too.

I have a shifter who would like a skill like that...

It would be useful in leading Tolkeen troops vs. the CS.

If a skill you want isn't in the game and you think there's a niche for it, work with your GM and make one.

I wasn't questioning your position drew so please don;t post like I was. However it IS a skill that could be used since one does not officially exist IF they have access to said book. As far as I have ever heard or seen the import/export does not pertain to the rules of the game but of the setting. The rules are not part of the licensing agreement but the setting is.

in any case, the rule applies to palladium, not to the people who play their games. assuming harmony gold even has a method monitoring whether or not you personally use their IP and/or stuff from games that use their IP in other games, they likely don't have any capability to come after you (provided of course you legitimately own the products in question and don't try to do something like sell it in a store).
