Near-human d-bees?

Unread post by The ineffible GM »

For a game I've just started running I'm trying to sort out what all D-bees (or not-quite-humans) are currently published that are close enough to human that they could hide their features or pass for human in a bad light?

elves
dwarves (kind of)
Quick-flex
Psi-stalker
True Atlantean
Amphib (sometimes)

I feel like there's a lot more and they just aren't coming to mind right now.

Direct Human relatives:
-True Atlantean (WB2)
-Ampib (WB7)
-Psi-Stalker
-Amazon (WB6)
-Neo-Human (WB9)
-Psi-Ghost (WB12, and there are various classes in this book that are considered an RCC like this one that are a mutant)

Non-Humans (not on the OP list):
-Amaki Stone Man (WB9)
-Mind Bleeders are an RCC (WB12 from WB4 considered a D-Bee)
-Auto-G (WB30)
-Altara Blind Warrior Women (WB2, SB1o, WB30)
-Oni (WB8, with the right rolls)
-Robot RCC (SB1o/r, with right selections)
-Borg (Cyber Humanoid in Bionics SB, with right selection could have started as any convertible race and now looks human)
-Zenith Moon Warpers (WB30 and WB12, also applies to other being similar to them like Were-[insert-animal-here] found in a few books that aren't cursed)
-Yhabbayar (WB30 and WB12)
-Shemmarian (SB1, Shem Nation SB, WB30, granted here they look more like full conversion borgs but)
-Titan Giants (CB1r, if only from a distance and something does give away their true scale)
-Roane Pipers (WB30)
-Posluznik (WB30)
-Phlebus (WB30)
-Dramins (WB30)
-Amorph (WB12/30, can assume)
-Centaurs (WB20, CB1r, WB30, if you can hide the lower body)

There are some other races that might also be able to pull it off under the right lighting conditions to hide their otherwise odd skin tone.

Aliens Unlimited and Phase World settings also have human-like races you can use.

-Neo-Human (WB9)
Are listed as to be geneticly creations and closer to to the mutant animal humanoids listed in the WB9 gamebook that they are realted to humans. And they are not listed to be able to interbreed with humans.
In other words...they should of been listed in the Non-human list you presented.

There is also a human race in one of the latter 3G books.
