Anyone thought of running a game set some time after the Wave and using System Failure characters?

I can see some of the System Failure OCC' fitting perfectly in Dead Reign.

Minus the bugs, just about anything in Systems Failure would probably fit right in.

And since we're on the subject, some of the options for Systems Failure O.C.C.'s also reference gunslinging abilities noted in Rifts New West for sharpshooting. Just letting people know while they're on the hunt for compatible books and such. :-D
