the is a two part post
Part 1
Yes or No. Do you use SDC and HP for everywhere in the body.
"OMG i just got shoot in the big toe like 3 million times"
I'm guessing no for almost everyone

Part 2
I know this isn't an easy task and would most likely take a long time,
What are the SDC or Hp od these limbs and any specal rules for damage:
For easyness lets say that the hero's SDC starts at 30 and HP is 16 (Basic Level one Mutant with no really special powers)

Head:
Face:
Neck:
Shoulder:
Upper Arm:
Lower Arm:
Elbow:
Hand/ Foot:
Fingers/ Toes:
Torso:
"Junk":
Upper Legs:
Lower Legs:
Nee:
Ankle:

I'm hoping to use this as a resource on day.

Thanks in Advance.

the "official" answer on this is that Limbs have very little SDC and Hp altogether and that character will be maimed in any 4d6 hit.

the figures are basicly divided by 100 and HP Loss is x 2 to x 4 for critical areas.

.... That's for a realistic HP system
the Official values are 1% per foot/hand , 7% per arm/ Leg, 25% head, 50% torso,

The Rules for robot limbs was 10% for head 15% for arms and 25% for Legs
what I would use ? a Critical threshold system and saves vs Pain for any massive injurires

My old threshold levels was equal to PE, and every multiple of PE Added -2 to the saving throw.

Your correct, the answer is "No".

Personally I do not assign numbers to any limbs or extremities, no matter what the character has for SDC etc. I only cut/ rip/ shoot off limbs and such if it is a part of story line.
Example: An NPC slams a bank vault door shut on a PC. The PC sticks his arm in the way of the door to stop it.
I figure out who is stronger, and by how much. If the NPC is considerably stronger than the PC then I figure a chance of the limb being "snipped" off.
Which has happened in the past.
Best answer, is figure somthing out that works for you and your gamers. And be flexible.

Not as of yet, I'm still trying to decide which version to use.

Since this has come up before, I'll just reprint the stuff that showed up in the FAQ forum, some of these have appeared in books as official optional material, others are semi-official (i.e. from the old FAQ), while others are various suggestions that have showed up over the years (some are more concerned with MDC distribution, but the end result is the same).

Method I (Simple):
Part = Percent
Head = 10%
Main Body = 50%
Arm (each) = 5%
Leg (each) = 15%
Method II (Fairly Simple):
In one of the older books, they did say something to that effect. But in practice, it doesn't work out that way. Take a look at the newer Dead Boy EBA (CA-4). Its helm's MDC is equal to 70% of the armor's main body. So using that as a basis, it looks like;
Main Body = 100% of value x
Head/Helm = 70% of value x
Arms = 60% of value x
Legs = 80% of value x
Method III (Somewhat Simple):
Part = Percent
Head = 9%
Main Body = 37%
Arm (each) = 9%
Leg (each) = 18%
Method IV (Semi-Simple):
There is a general rule in the RGMG that says for anything not specified, to use the Locations of the New Deadboy Armor as percentages of Main Body to determine locations on otehr Armor.
So Generally speaking.
Main = 100
Legs = 80
Head = 70
Arms = 60
For big Borgs, PA, and Robots the Arms would be 70 upper and 50 lower.
Although, despite this statement.
Robots / PA do not seem to follow this pattern, for some reason there are very few occurances where the Head is higher than 90 MDC.
Personally I just go with the New Dead Boy % for everything and keep it simple.
Method V (complex but accurate):
Part = Pecentage
Head = head 8%, neck 1%
Main Body = abdomen 9%, lower back 9%, upper back 9%, upper torso 9%, groin 1%
Arm (each) = shoulder 1%, upper arm 3%, elbow 1%, lower arm 2%, wrist 1%, hand 1%
Leg (each) = thigh 10%, knee 2%, calf 3%, ankle 1%, foot 2%

Though I may switch to the tables in Kusero's post (those are pretty neat), I have always just assigned each limb has 10% of the total SDC for ease of math.

I agree with Temporalmage. In HU I do not assign any kind of Hp/SDC to limbs. I might consider on an aimed shot to the head to allow double damage.
