Nightbane regerate a flat 10 HP/SDC per melee round rather they are in battle or not.
Hounds need to go into a stasis-state to heal-which cna't be done in battle.

Is that the same with all the other Nightland spicies?
no. nightland specieis that don't list a bio-regeneration rate have none and heal at the same rate as humans.
