There are no "canon" tables that include them. You'll have to either find an independently created one, or make one for yourself.

I made this one myself, but I omitted some of the tables that I felt did not belong in my game. For your benefit, I have added them back in the form of a final "other" table at the end of the block. I hope this is what you were looking for.

Wow Filo... I had given up on random creations a while back. I pretty much let the players design what they want to be and I find the appropriate tables. But, this table is pretty good.

I just needed a quick roll table for Nightspawn NPCs, and this was the result. Although, in the Nightspawn game I am currently running, to avoid munchkining, I had the players roll 10 sets of percentile numbers, and I used the above table to create their morphus forms. Everybody was supprisingly happy with the results.
