Seeking SRC Material for the Shaar Continuum

If you read The Rfiter and, more specifically, The Hammer of the Forge, then you are aware of Dr. Abbot. He is apparently a Shadowen from the Shaar continuum which is supposed to be a large 'realm' in the Void of the Astral plane.

Does anyone know which, if any, sourcebook the Shaar Continuum or the Shadowen are described in?

More to the point, they aren't connected to Nightbane in the first place.

It might of beeen different if the book 'void runners' had ever been made.

Bu the only place they are discribed is in the story 'hammer of the forge'
