Nightbane fan material

I'm curious, would Palladium allow such a creation of a fan made Nightbane movie? I mean, they allow fiction and art....i believe...the movie would not be for profits and such.

I'm wondering this because, shockingly, i wish to make such a thing. I first however, wish to make a 3-5 min teaser, to raise interest and see how well i can do.

However, if Palladium would bludgeon me over the head and burn all my hair, than i'll forget of any such idea i ever had for Nightbane.

If it is alright, then i'll post what i've thought up for the teaser. If not, then i'll delete all i have.

Ok, sad as it may be, i just now noticed the Nightspawn TV show thread. Havent read it over, will do that know. If it answers my question then i'll forget i ever made this topic, if not, then i'll continue to wait for a reply

odds are , they'll Tell you you can't make one for release anywhere since palladium owns all the copyrights.
