Svartalf- if Cherico were a character created in a point game system, he'd have all his scores in geeky skills and his youtube and weird net stuff schticks all paid through a a Terminal Bad Luck (with more nasty GM intervention) disadvantage, and probably an Uncouth (can not have social skills) disad as well...

further more , most PSyscape classes don't really fit in nightbane anyway except for the more colorful rccs and Creatures

Nei Chia Wu Shih, level 3 currently, 7 attacks. He has double sword style for 14 attacks. Also, he's a Naga-Spawn with a supernatural PS. 1d6 x10 +44 damage.

If it has to be human I would suggest someone with a .50 caliber sniper rifle with armor peircing rounds. If not I would councel with the gm and ask to play and abandoned vampire. Weaker than any human psychic... insane... my favorite RCC to play in nightbane.
