Well, some of the books have been converted to 2nd ed. Other material has been converted in Rifters. Most of it, though, you just have to convert on you own.

it's tedious work, but it works :D

I would concentrate on SDC and HtH-training as well as various boni (strike etc). and leave the rest as it is.

Well, that's easy. Just figure out how much PPE the character should have. I.e. you have a 5th level wizard, roll his base PPE then the PPE per level and there you go. Keep the spells the same, but have the PPE system in place of spells per day.

Don't go the other way. PPE is much better than spells per day.
