They generally frown on conversions here. That said, Homelander is basically a Superman analogue who skips the freeze breath and vulnerability to Kryptonite/Magic, but does have an extended lifespan, heightened sense of smell, and can scream loudly enough to rupture eardrums. He probably still needs to breath, and likely can't fly at speeds suitable for space travel.
