Depends what you classify as a "regular submitter". I've submitted two articles that have been published, if that's good enough. If it is, I'll gladly answer any questions for you.

May you be blessed with the ability to change course when you are off the mark.
Each question should be give the canon answer 1st, then you can proclaim your house rules.

Why dont you just ask your questions and stop asking for premission?
Worst you can get is dead silence.

I'll ask a few questions, as I was interested in this as well. :D

1. What sort of submissions are you seeing that are accepted vrs. rejected?
I have a Submission Idea about a couple of locations, small out of the way Rifts Earth towns, that I've used in my campaign. Would those be something that would be accepted? (One being Tampa, FL my Hometown, and the other being in Montana.)

2. How do you normally submit stuff? Snail-mail or E-mail. Which is better? Do you need a Release for each submission, or can you do 1 for all?

3. Is there a lack of submissions for certain titles?

1. In an overall sense, lots of different things are being accepted. Personally I've only had my adventures accepted. Mainly I think is that my former submissions needed a second look and I didn't have any one to run them by, now that I do it's been a big help. Wayne does like adventures but he isn't look just for those types of submissions.

2. I tried snail mail, but since I'm from Canada it somehow got lost in the mail. Since then I've just emailed my submissions to Wayne through the email on the Rifter submissions page listed above. They sent me a release form that I had to sign, but it's nothing big. I didn't get one for my second article, but I'm not too concerned about it.

3. The Rifter pretty much publishes articles that meet their criteria. The Rifter will always do at leasts one (maybe two) Rifts article(s) and then whatever fits what their looking for (not sure what it is issue by issue). Titles their actively seeking submissions for can be found on the Rifter submission page.

For each and every different article or artwork a Unsolicited manuscript, idea, and artwork agreement needs to be filled out and signed.
I would also label which UMIAA is for which item.

Why not just ask Palladium?

The best place to ask questions is the company your interested your writing for.

My experience was not that good. I'm published 3 times.

Ok, what is up with all this spam-posting across the forums under Duncan's name out of the blue? What the hell is going on?

He may be having a flameout, but I have a feeling that once the mods wake up in 5 hours, it will be a total blackout.
