If your planning this as a regular sourcebook and not a Rifter article then you can not post it online. Sorry, any work that is going into a regular book can not be previewed online before submission.

I love that you are motivated enough to do this and I am keen to see more. Even if its not printed in the Rifter I am happy to share with you your vision of Rifts California. Its always great to see someone putting their imagination down in writing. Keep it up!
