It's there on page 99 of Chaos Earth, under the Speed description.

Speed Score*20 equals number of yards/meters can run in 1 minute.

Speed Score*5 equals number of yards/meters can run in 1 melee(15 seconds)

Divide that last by the number of attacks the charater has to see how far he can run per attack.
