In Mystic China, the Open Hand Martial Artist OCC, Antiquarian OCC, Fox Spirit RCC, Blind Mystic PCC, and Chi Arcanist PCC receive Chi in 1D6 or 2D6 increments with level advancement, but only at certain levels. I've not seen any classes that gain Chi at every level.
