Combining Cybernetic Replacement-types?

Specifically looking at the Cybernetic Hand Replacements from N&SS as viable options for a PC that lost a hand and half their forearm in a recent game. Pricing looks reasonable for that setting, so I'll leave those as is, but I was wondering about combining types, such as Realistic and Neural-Feedback. Off hand I am leaning toward simple additive pricing for combination parts that seem to make sense combined. Any other methods or types I should be aware of? Or suggestions regarding N&SS cybernetics in general?
