We have bin using the Meltran and Zent. from MAcross 2, as the DOZ. We just reduced the size of everything by about half. but didn't change any of the stats.

i can see this working with the fuel stacks used by the ASC power armor. If the stacks are self contained then they could be ejected quickly replaced.

I always thought that an AI in a Bot or Power armor, would be more like Iron Man's Jarvis. It would control some systems, such as Comms, Radar, ext. but movement and weapons would be all pilot. As for the magebane enchanting a weapon, I would argue that it states only SDC weapons can become enchanted into MD weapons. one or two, SDC melee weapons. this power cannot be used on an already MD weapon. Personally I think that a full HTH for magic and psychic powers would be better that just a WP. You could add in bonuses that would work with all the powers, and add a few abilities as well.
