Next time, just use 4 missiles. Anyway, yes missiles fall under the dodge rules. If your player wants a book reference, check the Missile Combat subsection of the Ranged Combat rules. Splicers is on p220 if you have it and there's this one sentence youll love: The dodge rules are the same as always...

Wilderness Scouts get bonuses to SDC and PE, but the CS guy gets nothing.
I guess Wilderness Scouts are just tougher.
The CS Ranger gets cool looking armor?
Actually, the CS Ranger gets any armor that he wants.

CS Ranger Bonuses
I'm making a CS Ranger from CWC and I noticed something strange. Is it just me, or is the CS Ranger the only OCC that has no bonuses other than those for their skills? No attribute bonuses, no saving throw bonuses, nothing. I get that they have the widest variety of equipment that they can pick from...

Now, getting back to the point of the argument, you could say that Max had a superior mecha to his opposition, but the degree of superiority is not that marked and few gundam aces have achieved the kind of untouchablity Max often displays (though I don't disagree that he'd lose to Char or Amuro, bu...

One time my group named ourselves after a character that went rogue. Our thinking was, if we did anything treacherous it would get back to him. Usually, we don't name our group unless we do something significant in the game. My group didn't really want a name at first. However, when they were appro...

It's the machine in Robotech that I think is my #1 choice for a serious redesign, from concept upwards. At least arm it under the wings to allow it to 'saturate' the LZ before landing, in the same way as the (original) US Black Hawk, or the famous 'Hind' helicopter (people forget it's a troop carri...

It was the presence of innocent humans that caused the CS to launch a ground war instead of using its (limited) nuclear arsenal. These humans in the camps are most likely subjected to "reeducation" and pro-CS propaganda on, at least, hourly basis if not a constant recorded barrage (think Red Dawn)....

Actually, if the current Japanese airforce is any indicator of things to come, the pre-Rifts Japan could very well have fielded Japanese versions of American aircraft. A good modern example of this is the F-16J that Japan makes that is slightly faster and more manueverable than the American F-16s. ...

Also, a carrier is useless without high performance aircraft - no sign of those yet either - more development time. But again, it will take a bit of time to develop. As for high performance aircraft, the same reasoning applies. Japan could either find and reverse engineer such designs or simply cre...

I had one character who was suicidal. He had a laser rifle unloaded on him twice at close range and was stabbed with a psi-sword.
