Why modify, when you can mass-produce for your military... of which the wolfen make a large percentage?
I fail to see the problem here.
If the TGE does it, why wouldn't the CCW?
Do you run the CCW kinda like the CS or something?

TGE is more warlike though, CCW may be on a stricter budget because they're spending their cash feeding the poor. The ratio of Wolfen in the CCW doesn't matter if they are so honorable that they're fine with taking what they're given (or using traditional wolfen equipment) instead of demanding spec...

I suppose a Demigod whose power was magical abilities but didn't select a magic OCC wouldn't be able to cast may of the spells they learned? Why not? It seems logical enough that they would gain the magical OCCs PPE, plus 4d6. Godlings who choose magical abilities get the amount stated for godlings...

As many wolfen as there are in the CCW armed forces, they're not exactly a minority... Silverhawks would be made for wolfen pilots.

It depends, but 5 was the most I ever did. I'm sure the CCW has pa fitted to every major race, to include wolfen... after all the TGE does with its Mk II pa, and they're more elitist towards kreeghor than the CCW is towards any race.

Many of the Stormspire weapons can be used by mundanes, though they're expensive (especially when you compare a PPE clip to an Eclip).

I would have worked it differently. I would have given the CK a flat +3 Initiative, +2 Strike, +3 Parry and Dodge vs Tech, and an MD Death Blow vs Supernatural, as well as their psi-weapons going up in damage over levels, and their cyber-armour improving... thus, they're not just "Anti-CS"...
