Re: How does time factor into npc level
My game tends to be more of a sandbox where I craft the world, and the individual stories going on around the players, but the players choose where they want to go and what they want to get involved with. This means I tend to flesh a lot of things out as I never really know what's going to happen. T...

Not robots, not power armor, just normal body armor? I've recently started getting back into tabletop gaming (Oh heck, I might as well just say Palladium gaming as that's all I play), and so I picked up this year's Christmas Grab Bag. Well Santa Kev gave me a copy of Northern Gun 1 and while I'm lov...

The 8 required to hit isn't a straight roll like a natural 20 or 1, it is with modifiers. If you want your enemies to hit more often just give them Sharpshooting, give them sniper, give them targetting eyes, give them a balanced weapon. You could stack up enough bonuses that it is impossible for th...

I was just quickly using the numbers already presented to give the MDC of the net. My main point was that it wasn't two melee attacks, and was two whole rounds. I acknowledge that my MDC values are just made up.

Just to point something out. It says it takes two melee "rounds" not "actions". That means it would take 30 seconds, and not the 6-10 seconds I've seen mentioned here. Also for the calculation of MDC of the net this means that the net is likely to have more like 28-35 MDC.
